越價通 常見問題 / FAQ

Shopee 越南（shopee.vn）、Lazada 越南（lazada.vn）、Tiki（tiki.vn）。其他國家的 Shopee、Lazada 目前不支援。

• 低於 1,000₫ 的金額不會換算，以免把評分、數量誤認成價格。
• 夾在句子裡的價格（例如「滿 300.000₫ 免運」）刻意不換算。
• 請確認工具列越價通視窗裡的「顯示換算價格」是打開的。
• 購物網站改版時可能暫時抓不到價格，請來信告訴我們是哪個網頁。

使用公開匯率資料（open.er-api.com），每 12 小時自動更新，也可以在工具列視窗按「更新匯率」。換算結果僅供參考，實際金額以購物網站和你的銀行或信用卡為準。

• 翻譯需要電腦版 Chrome 138 以上。可以在網址列輸入 chrome://settings/help 確認版本。
• 第一次使用要在工具列視窗按「下載翻譯模型」（只要下載一次）。
• 只翻譯含有越南文字母的文字；純英文的商品名稱、價格、整張商品卡片會跳過。
• 請確認「商品名稱翻譯成」不是「關閉」。

• 只有商品頁會被記錄，搜尋結果頁不會。
• 要開著「顯示換算價格」才會記錄。
• 免費版只保留最近 3 個商品；Pro 沒有這個限制。

• 越價通不會在背景偷偷瀏覽購物網站，只有在你再次打開那個商品頁時才會比對價格。
• 請確認那個商品的「降價通知」有勾選。
• 請確認 Windows 或 macOS 允許 Chrome 顯示通知。

在「價格紀錄與 Pro」頁面按「升級 Pro」，付款由 Lemon Squeezy 處理。付款後，你會在 Email 收到授權碼，把它貼進同一個頁面的「授權」欄位，按「啟用」即可。一組授權碼最多可以在 3 個瀏覽器啟用。

可以先在舊電腦的「授權」區按「從這個瀏覽器移除授權」，再到新電腦啟用。舊電腦已經無法使用時，請來信告訴我們你的授權碼後 4 碼和購買 Email。

付款收據 Email 裡有 Lemon Squeezy 的訂閱管理連結，可以自己取消訂閱。退款問題請來信，我們會個別處理。

不會。設定和價格紀錄只存在你自己的瀏覽器，翻譯也在你的電腦上離線完成。詳見 隱私權政策。

沒有。越價通是由興家管理顧問獨立開發的工具。

Public rates from open.er-api.com, refreshed every 12 hours (or click "Refresh rates"). Conversions are estimates; the final amount depends on the shop and your bank or card.

• Translation needs desktop Chrome 138 or newer (check at chrome://settings/help).
• The first time, click "Download translation model" in the toolbar popup.
• Only text with Vietnamese letters is translated; English-only names, prices and whole product cards are skipped.

Only product pages are recorded (not search results), "Show converted prices" must be on, and the free version keeps the last 3 products.

越價通 never browses shopping sites in the background; prices are compared when you open the product page again. Also check that the product's alert is ticked and that your OS allows Chrome notifications.

Click "Get Pro" on the Price history page; payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Paste the license key from your email into the License field and click Activate. One key works in up to 3 browsers.

Remove the license on the old browser first, then activate on the new one. If the old computer is gone, email us the last 4 characters of your key and your purchase email.

Your receipt email has a Lemon Squeezy link to manage or cancel your subscription. For refunds, please email us.
